XF2 [NICK97] Recently Used Device - XF2 2.3.9 Patch Level 1

Full changelog:

• Added permission to view own devices list, block and logout own devices
• Current device now is separated from others
• Added MaxMind GeoLite2 integration to determine user's GeoIP data (requires MaxMind license key set in options)
• Added missing table column indexes (performance impact)
• Fixed displaying empty page in devices list if no devices logged
• Moved hard-coded strings in templates to phrases
• Fixed error if logged user has no email
• Added option to require password confirmation to view own devices list
• Some refactoring and code standardization to follow the XF resource guidelines
• Fixed "signout" button is always active
